I love the sunlight but Warren is very light sensitive so we had transparent filters put on to content us both. The transparencies can be removed with water, if need be. Northern exposure of clear story windows and soaring ceiling in the living room. Great sense of open space. Eastern exposure of the solarium. Wonderful place for thinking and eating chocolate with the sun warming me up the morning. Big deck and balcony for walking, resting, entertaining, letting kids and pups play safely. Large kitchen window overlooking rooftops and the distant layers of green trees of the arroyo. Surrounded by mature trees (Hollywood Juniper, Italian Cypress, Pittisporum, and Weeping Birch) which need no watering and beautiful river rock (glorious colors especially after rain).
